BodyBuilding.com recently published an extensive article on the benefits of chia, specifically from an athlete’s perspective. They focus the article on the nutritional profile of the seeds rather than the more marketing oriented angles of chia (i.e. the omega-3 profile, the antioxidants, etc). What they come up with though is a direct endorsement of the pure nutritional power of chia seeds and their benefit in the diet of any athlete or body builder.
